I've worked with Sara over the last 2 years to make the initial alternations for my wedding gown for my elopement and then again to make some final adjustments prior to our larger wedding ceremony. Sarah feels like a fairy godmother who uses her magic to make you look and feel impeccable in your gown while also making you feel like an old friend. Her skills are beyond and she provides truly excellent and professional service. Hands down THE BEST in the Philadelphia-area!

Sara did an amazing job on my wedding dress alternations last year. My dress was difficult to work with due to the train length, beading and the fact that it couldn't fit on a mannequin. She is highly skilled and absolutely wonderful to work with. Another thing - I don't know how she figured out my bustle, but it was stunning!! Thanks so much Sara!!

She worked with me throughout the multiple delays and postponements of our wedding due to the pandemic. The top portion of my dress was far too large when I first brought it in, but Sara did a great job both resizing it and refitting the lace. It felt like a dream to wear it! Sara is the absolute best! I can't emphasize her attention to detail enough and she's so incredibly caring. I was nervous about getting my dress tailored given how expensive it was, esp since I read a lot of horror stories online for other seamstresses, but she is DEFINITELY the one to trust. She took her time and is truly an expert at what she does. My dress had 3 parts --a dress, a skirt that overlaid, and wings that attached to the back. I had no idea what my "strategy" was for wearing each piece, but she even offered her advice which was so sweet of her - she truly cares about your big day and I would 1000% recommend her!!!

Sara is the absolute best and I would recommend working with her in preparation for your big day. I connected with her even before I chose my gown and she graciously helped me understand tailoring options for a few different dresses before I pulled the trigger. My dress was VERY intricately beaded, but this was not a problem at all for Sara--in fact, she hand-sewed them throughout my alterations (she is a saint!) Aside from having the dress fit me like a glove on my wedding day, I truly loved all of my appointments with her -- she has an incredibly sweet demeanor, a great eye for detail, and will put you at ease during the stressful period leading up to your wedding. I can't recommend her enough!
